In order to request an account, you must be at least 18 years of age, be an existing patient and have a valid email address. For your protection, our portal uses identity verification questions as part of the account request process.
To request a portal account, for a child age 17 or younger, please call the Health Information Management department Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm at (405) 271-2310.
Legal guardians of patients age 18 and older can also request by calling Health Information Management for assistance.
If you are hearing or speech impaired, contact the Health Information Management department.
To request a childs record, please complete a Medical Records Release Form. Print the form from Request Medical Records webpage, request a form by emailing Medical Records Department, or call (405) 271-2374.

Pay Your Bill
OU Physicians offers two ways to pay online:
GuestPay (no login required) and OU Physician's Patient Portal (login required).
GuestPay provides a convenient way for OU Physicians patients without a MyOUMedicine account to pay their bill online.
NOTE: It may take up to 5 business days for your GuestPay payment to be reflected on your account.

If you would like to review your account and make a payment, please log into your portal account by signing in above.
If you are not a current portal users and would like to make a payment, please use the GuestPay feature to pay online or call (405) 271-1500 to make a payment by phone.
You can also click on the Request a Patient Portal button above if you are an existing patient and at least 18 years old.
